Experience / Qualifications:

• The candidate with maintenance experience in Airports, shopping malls, hospitals, and hotels will be given preference
• ITI/Diploma, building maintenance
• Diploma/IT with experience in PLC, BM, HVAC, etc.
• Diploma/ITI with experience in Firefighting etc.
• Diploma / ITI with experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, etc.
• Maintain and carry out all levels of preventive and corrective maintenance activities on building services covering building doors, portable electrical equipment, fire detection/suppression (FPS), heat exchanger ventilation and air-conditioning, lighting system, uninterrupted power supplies, lifts, and escalator.
