The Role:
- Manage partner relationships and become an expert in this space while scaling.
- To resolve issues and ensure your accounts continue to grow.
- Proactive reporting, weekly/monthly/quarterly meetings, reviews, analysis, and improvement.
- Managing marketing and promotional plans.
- Ensuring that continuous attractive value propositions are presented and developed for customers.
- Work closely with compliance, legal, and operations to ensure best practices.
- Represent Deliveroo across your partner’s organization and ensure our internal stakeholders are supported where appropriate.
Qualification / Experience:
- Experience working in the retail and/or pharmacy industry is required.
- 3-4 years experience in account management.
- Ability to negotiate with mutual value.
- Build effective relationships through face-to-face, video, phone, or email.
- The partner is obsessed with organization and communication skills.
- Experience working in a dynamic high-growth company is preferred.
- A collaborative team player who can get the best out of the people around you.
