Purpose of the role:

• The Barista is responsible for ensuring the quality of beverages and reporting to the Head/Senior barista any minor incidents during the operation.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

• To inspect the proper bar opening and closing. During operation ensure the bar is stocked to set PAR level, F.I.F.O, daily bar checklist, communication, and maintenance report.

• Check the pouring time and weigh the coffee shot as per the standard for better quality.

• To order coffee, tea, fruits, and milk if necessary.

• Inform 86 items, push item as well the daily special such mocktails/juice & coffee special.

• Weekly inventory of coffee/juice/mocktails & tea items and ordering to the supplier the items that running low

• Ensure that the bar is organized, clean, and tidy at all times.

• Report to the Senior(manager, head waitress) any kinds of incidents that happened during the operation.

• Motivated and great at motivating staff

Experience:

• Specialty Coffee: 3 years (Required)
